COOKING METHOD

1. Prepare a chicken . wash and drain . remove the chicken’s skin to reduce the fat

2. Boll 3 bowl of the water then put in the pack of herbal soup ingredient . Simmer on low heat for about 30 min for bettEr taste

3. Put the chicken into the soup , boil it for about 1h 30 min . The hot nutritious chicken soup is ready to serve .

NOTE : If use a slow cooker , cook approximately 5 hours for a richer taste

烹调方法

1. 准备一只鸡 .洗净并沥干水分 .去掉鸡皮以减少脂肪

2. 将3碗水煮沸,然后放入一包草药汤料。用小火慢炖约30分钟,以增加味道。

3. 将鸡肉放入汤中,煮沸约1小时30分钟。热腾腾的营养鸡汤就可以上桌了。

注意:如果使用慢炖锅,大约煮5小时,味道会更浓。
